Cavs Owner to Blazers: ‘Stop Trolling, LOL’

↵Since Shoals last broached the Darius Miles saga Friday afternoon, the Grizzlies have signed the lightning rod to a 10-day contract. It’s likely Miles could play his 10th game (pre- and regular season combined) Friday against Utah. That event, should it happen, would turn Portland’s potential $20 million in summer cap space into $11 million (depending on a few other factors).

↵But the best development from all this might be an insight into the hilarious nature of the NBA e-mail distribution list. Portland’s initial threat of litigation went out to reps of all 29 other teams via e-mail. Apparently Blazers prez Larry Miller didn’t use his BCC function, because Yahoo!‘s Adrian Wojnarowski reports Cavaliers owner Dan Gilbert did the ol’ “Reply to All.” Woj has the full e-mail, but here’s the best part:↵↵⇥“Are legal threats through a mass email the best way to circumvent the known potential consequences that could result from the Trailblazers decisions and actions they took with respect to Darius Miles?

Quotes from Miller’s own email, bombs like “incongruent” ... I think Gilbert borrowed some of LeBron’s fire. We can only imagine what Memphis owner Michael Heisley replied to all of this.↵
