Kennedy’s Wife Sues for ‘Lack of Consortium’

Remember a month ago when Mississippi basketball coach Andy Kennedy was arrested in Cincinnati and charged with assault after allegedly yelling racial epithets at a cab driver? Wonder what ever happened with Mr. Kennedy? Well, here’s what happened: He stop being able to have sex with his wife. And she’s none too happy about it:↵↵⇥Kennedy’s wife sued that cab driver and a valet driver who backed his claims to police and the media, saying their accusations had harmed the couple’s personal relationship, including their sex life. ...↵⇥↵⇥The basketball coach sued Jiddou and valet Michael Strother for defamation the day after his arrest, and Kimber Kennedy filed a lack of consortium suit Dec. 22 against the pair.↵⇥

↵↵Let this serve as a reminder: when you’re having a bad day and things aren’t going well, at least you aren’t Andy Kennedy. Not only does all of America know he’s accused of being a racist, but now they know he isn’t “consorting” with his wife either. Plus, he’s bald. And he has to live in Mississippi, which it’s my understanding is somehow worse than Iraq.
