Arizona Parking Attendants are Feelin’ It

↵Everyone expects traveling Eagles fans to help fill up the joint in Glendale this afternoon. According to ESPN.com’s Mike Sando, stadium staffers in Arizona aren’t taking the intrusion laying down.↵↵⇥As we stopped to greet the ticket taker, who appeared to be about 19 or 20 years old, he turned and unleashed a verbal assault upon Eagles fans riding into the stadium in a black stretch Hummer.
↵⇥
↵⇥“[Expletive] the Eagles!” the ticket taker yelled.↵↵Who said Arizonans don’t care about Cardinals football? (“Reality?” Oh yeah, right.)
↵
↵Kudos to the Iggles fans for rolling big, though. There’s no better way to tailgate in hostile territory than by getting blitzed on the drive to the stadium. Even better in a limo, where it’s actually legal. The move doesn’t pay off, however, if your team loses and you have to take the stretch Hummer back home (or to a hotel). Losing the big game is sour enough without spending a superfluous $100/hour on a glorified cab ride to/from the middle of nowhere.↵
