Pendulum Swings Fast in Arizona

↵
↵The Cardinals ripped through the vaunted Eagles defense on their first drive, zipping 80 yards in 5-1/2 and finishing with a Larry Fitzgerald TD catch to go up 7-0. Donovan McNabb helped his team get three back quickly. After a bad Cardinals three-and-out, things got a little weird.
↵
↵McNabb tried to hit his tight end Brent Celek in tight coverage over the middle, and the ball popped up into the air on a deflection. Cardinals safety Aaron Francisco swooped in for the interception and start rambling deep into Philly territory ... until Eagle wideout Desean Jackson bopped it out of his hands. The Eagles recovered and drove in Cardinals territory ... but David Akers missed the 47-yard FG attempt by a mile.
↵
↵On the next play, Kurt Warner and Tim Hightower hooked up on a fleaflicker that ended up with a 62-yard TD to Fitzgerald. Of all teams in the NFL you’d think the Eagles would be able to see a fleaflicker happening before their eyes. A quick Philly drive got Akers another boot, this time true. 14-6 Arizona early in the second quarter.↵
