Michigan High School Football Game Provides Latest Crazy Finish
John Glenn HS was trailing Plymouth, 28-27, with just seven seconds left when it lined up for a game-winning field goal attempt. Plymouth easily blocked the kick, and ran around celebrating like they had just won. But the referees never whistled the play dead, nor the game over, because the ball had never crossed the line of scrimmage, meaning the ball, and the play, were still live. Guess what happened next.
