Jessica Simpson Mad At Burger King, and I Promise Not to Make a Joke About That

Last Sunday, Burger King apparently aired an animated ad that poked fun at the Dallas Cowboys in general and Tony Romo in particular. And, being as these were jokes making fun of Tony Romo, Jessica Simpson. Here’s the unbelievably awful bit of animation; I would tell you not to watch this, but it’s almost too horrible to be believed:

↵

↵That’s not even really funny enough to respond to, but Simpson did anyway:

↵↵“I will never understand why people attack for a laugh. own your beauty and don’t listen to the judgement.”

↵↵

The second part of that comment assumes people are taking advice from Jessica Simpson on how to handle ridicule. Man, FOX. You too, Burger King. Do you have any idea what you’ve done here?
