Steelers kicker Jeff Reed was cited for public intoxication following yesterday’s 27-14 win over the Browns. Apparently, he was drunk outside of McFadden’s bar in Pittsburgh sometime around 9 p.m.

↵This comes on the heels of an incident earlier this year in which Reed was charged with a similar crime after beating up a Sheetz’ paper towel dispenser that refused to provide him with paper towels.
