At Least Make Them Pink Bags For This Sunday

Oh, Redskins fans, eternally burdened with the curse of overly heightened expectations. Whatever remained of their hopes after two lackluster games were mostly dashed last weekend when Washington delivered the Lions their first victory since 2007. Jim Zorn seems likely to be railroaded out of town, or at least strapped to the front of those of those crash-prone Metro cars.

↵Now the Redskins welcome the equally hapless Buccaneers to FedEx Field , but the Burgundy and Gold faithful may welcome the home team with paper bags over their heads. A local sports talk radio station (the one not owned by Dan Snyder) is vowing to distribute 10,000 paper bags to fans on Sunday.
