Utah Jazz guard Kyle Korver will undergo arthroscopic surgery to remove a bone spur in his left knee, according to the Deseret News. While the team has not announced any timetable for his return, there is typically a 6-8 week recovery period after this type of surgery.
Jazz G Kyle Korver To Have Knee Surgery
The Jazz will miss Korver's sharpshooting (both on the court and with a dodgeball), especially with Jazz guard C.J. Miles out as well with a thumb injury. Look for teams to collapse inside and aggressively trap Deron Williams on the pick-and-roll now that Korver won't be there to spread the court and keep defenses honest.
