With all due disrespect to Miami of Ohio, Rice is the worst team in FBS; I established this scientifically with numbers and statistics and such a couple of weeks ago. Now, because the Orlando Sentinel has a reporter in town to cover the UCF Knights’ trip to the Owls’ roost, we have shocking photographic evidence that I may actually care more about the Rice football team than Rice fans do.

That’s certainly off from normal support. Rice averaged a little over 20,000 fans last year; count individually, and you might be able to find 1,000 fans in those photos.
But, really, can you blame them? Rice was down 21-0 at the end of the first quarter. That’s not football worth watching.
