The Body Bag Game II

On November 12th, 1990, the Redskins and Cowboys played a Monday Night Football game forever remembered as The Body Bag Game. In all, eight Redskins were injured in the Eagles’ 28-14 win. I suppose these two teams just love to wait until Monday night to hurt each other something special cause they almost matched that amount.

↵Philly’s Brian Westbrook, Macho Harris and DeSean Jackson and Washington’s Chris Cooley, Albert Haynesworth, Byron Westbrook, H.B. Blades and Cornelius Griffin were among the wounded.

↵I’d try to make Redskins fans feel better by saying that in ‘90 the Skins got revenge against the Eagles in the playoffs but something tells me that thay won’t have the opportunity to completely relive history.
