A foot specialist said Redskins TE Chris Cooley’s fractured ankle is not as bad as initially thought. Cooley play again in 4 weeks.

Certainly a sliver of good news for Skins fans. But the bad news is that Dan Snyder is still in charge, pulling stunts like this.
