Washington 24-ND 22, BC-FSU 21-21

After Washington re-took the lead with a long touchdown drive led by star-QB Jake Locker, capped with a 7-yard tocuhdown pass from Locker, Notre Dame responded with another long drive deep into UW territory. And again, with the Irish on the doorstep (in this case, the UW 5-yard line), the Huskies defense responded, holding the Irish to a field goal, and retaining the lead.

As for the Eagles and Seminoles, Florida State looked to be taking control as they probed deep into BC territory, but after penalties sent them tumbling backwards and Dustin Hopkins missed a long field goal, the game is once again up for grabs midway through the fourth quarter. I have no idea what’s going to happen, but after I blatantly jinxed him at halftime, I fully expect the Eagles to lose after a David Shinskie interception’s returned for a touchdown.
