We’ve played just over a quarter in Denver, and this much is obvious: the Denver offense lives-and-dies by Kyle Orton’s arm. And that’s not a good thing. The Broncos have been stymied for most of the day, and while their Dallas counterparts haven’t exactly set the world on fire, Tony Romo, Marion Barber, Tashard Choice and the rest of the Dallas offense are doing just enough to control this contest.

Dallas has won the field position battle for much of the game, and scored on a 1-yard Marion Barber touchdown run after a deliberate, 8-play, 61-yard drive. Again, it’s not that the Cowboys are that good, but that Denver’s offense is that impotent. At least for now.
