Stafford is Day-to-Day

CBS Sports reports that Lions head coach Jim Schwartz says QB Matthew Stafford is day-to-day with a knee injury. Schwartz declined to say whether Stafford’s kneecap was dislocated, but added that the team would know more on Wednesday.
