Michael David Barrett, the man accused of illegally videotaping Erin Andrews, has been released for now, but under the following restrictions:

↵↵U.S. Magistrate Judge Arlander Keys on Monday ordered Barrett released with an electronic monitoring bracelet on his ankle and barred Barrett from using the Internet.

↵Barrett is due back in court on Oct. 23, when he will likely beg to have his sentence reduced to simple jail time.
