After he taunted Tom Brady last night, Rodney Harrison’s received plenty of backlash from New England fans today. He spoke Boston’s WEEI about it, and Sports Radio Interviews provides a transcript:

↵↵I’ve had some 30 text messages and 30 e-mails [saying] some of the Patriots fans are kind of upset at you … Oh, my gosh, it’s unbelievable, the kind of backlash with this. … It was a joke, and everyone’s getting all bent out of shape. This guy’s directly responsible for me having two Super Bowl rings on my fingers, and you think I’m going to call him out?
↵↵When Rodney Harrison joking called Tom Brady a girl afer… not protesting a bad call that gave his team 15 yards? You might have thought that was as ignorant as this story could get. Ah, but you forgot New England fans, the most reactionary people on earth, there to foolishly misinterpret Harrison and harass him to no end.
