Fantasy Stat Breakdown: Mike Sims-Walker, Already a Jax Legend

You know what I enjoy? Pub Trivia. There’s nothing better than sitting around with friends, a game on the TV in the background, trying to puzzle out some obscure question.

In that theme, here’s a fun quiz:

Which group of players has scored more touchdowns this season?

Group A - Roddy White, LaDanian Tomlinson, Terrell Owens, Greg Jennings, Randy Moss and Matt Forte

Group B - Willis McGahee

I don’t know what’s more unbelievable; that Group A only has a combined six touchdowns, or that Willis McGahee has seven by himself.

- The four starting quarterbacks that the Patriots have faced this season (Trent Edwards, Mark Sanchez, Matt Ryan and Joe Flacco) had an average of 16.25 CAREER starts when they played New England. That’s right, Tom Brady has been feasting on guys who average about a season of experience each.

- Clinton Portis has now gone nine straight games without topping 100 yards.

- You know who is on pace to improve over last year? Matt Cassel. No, really, don’t click away. This season he has five touchdowns in only three games. Last season he didn’t have his fifth passing touchdown until his sixth game.

- Peyton Manning hasn’t lost a game where he threw for more than 300 yards since December 23rd, 2007.

- JaMarcus Russell now has 16 TDs and 16 INTs in 20 career starts. As a comparison, Joe Flacco has 22 TDs and 15 INTs in 20 starts and Matt Ryan has 21 TDs and 12 INTs in 19 career starts.

- The Dolphins had eight different guys rush the ball on Sunday, including two WRs and two QBs.

- Just one example of how bad things are in St. Louis: the Lions scored 24 points while getting blown out by the Bears this weekend. The Rams have scored a TOTAL of 24 points in four games this season.

- Let’s check the Primadonna QB Scoreboard. After four games, the totals are:

Kyle Orton (DEN) - 905 passing yards, 5 TD, 0 INT, 4-0 record

Jay Cutler (CHI) - 901 passing yards, 8 TD, 5 INT, 3-1 record

- The NFL leader in rushing yardage (Chris Johnson) is on a team that’s 0-4. The fifth place guy in rushing yardage (Steven Jackson) is also 0-4.

- Derrick Ward owners should look away at this time. Despite having a total of 17 rushing yards in Weeks 2 and 3 combined, Cadillac Williams still leads Tampa in rushing yards.

- Darren Sproles has more receiving yards than rushing yards. In fact, he has more receiving yards than he and Tomlinson have rushing yards COMBINED.

- Admit it, you’d never heard of Mike Sims-Walker before this season, right? He’s already 18th in receiving yards in Jacksonville franchise history.
