All Rick Nash Needs is One Skate, One Stick

↵↵⇥↵⇥↵⇥↵⇥↵⇥↵⇥↵↵

↵↵Last night, Rick Nash needed to score a shootout goal to give Columbus a much-needed win after a 9-1 waxing at the hands of the Red Wings. So he did the above to Anaheim’s Jean-Sebastien Giguere, got that goal, and propelled the Blue Jackets to a 3-2 shootout win. “I’m sure he didn’t know what to do,” Nash said. “He thought I was going to fall. Luckily enough I put it in.”↵

↵↵We should all be so lucky.↵

↵↵Even casual NHL observers will remember this is not the only spectacular goal Nash has scored. Video of his winding goal against Phoenix from 2008 is embedded below; I think it’s far better than the shootout trickery. Feel free to disagree with me in the comments.
