    Oklahoma State Picks Off Texas Tech For The Win

    Stillwater, OK (Sports Network) - Patrick Lavine’s 21-yard interception return for a touchdown late in the fourth quarter proved to be the difference, as the 17th-ranked Oklahoma State Cowboys edged the Texas Tech Red Raiders, 24-17, in a hard-fought Big 12 battle at Boone Pickens Stadium.

    Zac Robinson completed 9-of-21 passes for 90 yards and a touchdown for the Cowboys (8-2, 5-1 Big 12), who were coming off a 34-8 win over Iowa State last Saturday. Robinson rushed for 99 yards on 19 carries and also took a hard hit that knocked him out near the end of the game. Keith Toston had 76 yards and a score on 22 carries. Hubert Anyiam had three catches for 39 yards and a TD for Oklahoma State, which has won seven of its last eight outings.

    Cal Upends Arizona

    Berkeley, CA (Sports Network) - Shane Vereen rumbled 61 yards for a touchdown and finished with 159 yards on the ground in place of an injured Jahvid Best, as California upended 18th-ranked Arizona, 24-16, at Memorial Stadium.

    Giorgio Tavecchio kicked four field goals, including the go-ahead 22-yarder with under five minutes left. Kevin Riley connected on 13-of-22 passes for 181 yards with a TD and a pair of interceptions for the Golden Bears (7-3, 4-3 Pac-10), who bounced back from a loss last week and won for the fourth time in five contests.

    LSU Holds On Vs. Louisiana Tech

    Baton Rouge, LA (Sports Network) - Keiland Williams ran for 116 yards and two touchdowns on 15 carries, and ninth-ranked LSU held off a feisty Louisiana Tech team, 24-16, at Tiger Stadium.

    Jarrett Lee completed only 7-of-22 pass attempts for 105 yards and a touchdown for LSU (8-2), which was coming off a defeat at the hands of unbeaten Alabama. Brandon LaFell caught two passes for 54 yards and a score, and the Tigers won despite being outgained, 322-246.
