The Raiders are falling all over themselves talking about how great new starter Bruce Gradkowski is performing. While much of this is probably the standard company line (you wouldn't expect a teammate to say "He stinks") it does seem as though the team is happy that JaMarcus Russell is on the bench and not on the field.
