A good night’s sleep is just about the only thing the New York Jets have going for them these days. The night before Sunday’s game against the Patriots in Foxborough, they were even denied this simple pleasure, as a fire alarm got them all out of bed in the middle of the night. ↵↵Jets safety Kerry Rhodes tweeted after getting out of bed, “You know we are playing New England when in the middle of the night when you are asleep somebody pulls a fire alarm to wake u up!! wow!!”
There’s no proof that it was a Patriots backer who pulled the fire alarm, but that’s clearly what Rhodes is suggesting.
↵↵The Patriots fan base was then sent to the principal’s office. Pulling a false fire alarm is grounds for expulsion, and the Pats may just have to enroll in the CFL until they straighten up.
