Consistent with the earlier reports coming out of Dallas, it appears Ladell Betts’ knee injury is serious. He’s got a torn MCL ligament, according to Redskins’ beat writer Rick Maese . Betts will undergo an MRI tomorrow to determine the severity of the tear, but either way, he’s expected to miss next week’s game, and the Redskins will likely sign another running back in his absence.
