    Fantasy football is all about matchups. With so many poor teams this year, taking advantage of decent players in great matchups is more important than ever. No, this doesn’t mean you should bench your studs, but with so few teams employing a featured back, finding advantageous matchups for lesser backs can be key. Here are the most user-friendly pass and rushing defenses on the year to date:

    Comments: Playing against the Colts and Texans certainly skews stats against the Titans, but make no mistake, they’ve been abysmal.
