If you haven’t already, now is the time to cut Anthony Gonzalez loose. Gonzalez underwent arthroscopic surgery on his injured knee, and will likely be out another 2-3 weeks. Considering how well Austin Collie and Pierre Garcon have played in Gonzalez’s absence, it seems unlikely that the Colts will rush him back onto the field, and when he does return, there is no guarantee he will resume his role as the Colts’ second wide receiver. Indeed, given that he will have essentially missed the entire season, it seems more likely that Gonzalez will be gradually worked back in.
Cut Anthony Gonzalez
↵Bottom line: even if Gonzalez does return in 2-3 weeks, he probably won’t be fantasy relevant.
