Brenden Adams, Middle School Wide Receiver, Is Over Seven Feet Tall

Just shy of 7”5’, actually, and he’s only 14 years old. How is this possible? Did, like, one of his chromosomes break in half and flip over and re-attach itself or something?

↵↵“It was my 12th chromosome that broke in half and flipped over and reattached,” explains Brenden. No one knows why it happened, but they don’t think it’s ever happened to anyone else in the world.

↵↵Oh, well, there you go. Luckily, doctors have given him shots that have kept him from growing an inch since February, and he’s been cleared to play at wide receiver for Spokane, Washington-area Morgan Middle School.

↵If I were his coach, I would tell him to stomp downfield, stop in the end zone, and simply reach up to grab one of the footballs that are surely floating in the stratosphere. There must be dozens of errant Rick Mirer passes up there.
