Scott Has Broken Collarbone

WDSU-TV reports that LSU running back Charles Scott has a broken collarbone. It hasn’t yet been determined how much time Scott will lose to the injury.

For LSU, this development adds more injury to the insult and injury that were already added Saturday. The Tigers have lost out on a chance to play for the national title, and the team’s sudden epidemic of injuries earn an exasperated reaction from our LSU blog And The Valley Shook:
