Bucs’ Josh Freeman Looking Good; Bucs’ Uniforms Looking GREAT

Leave it to the NFL to remind us that we’re all morons. With the winless Tampa Bay Bucs facing the Packers today, you had to figure this was going to be a blowout. Tampa was starting a 21 year-old rookie at QB, and to make matters worse, they were wearing those creamsicle uniforms, synonomous with the franchise’s hapless past. No brainer, right?

↵Ehh... Not so much. After some early struggles, rookie Josh Freeman has looked very good at quarterback, throwing three touchdowns to just one interception, including a TD a few minutes ago to give Tampa their first lead of the game.

↵Against all odds, he looks confident in the creamsicles, and kind of like when pink became a masculine color for guys to wear, the Bucs and Josh Freeman are suddenly NOT the punchline to everyone’s joke:
