Week 14 Start/Sit: Charles In Charge
For a guy who started the season on the bench and didn’t get much playing time until late in the year, Jamaal Charles is making up for it. Once Larry Johnson ran (err…un-ran, lack of ran) himself out of town, along with some impolitic tweeting along the way, Charles has been a wonder. On the flip-side, the Sit of the Week, none other than Jay Cutler facing an impressive Packers defense.

Robert Meachem, WR NO - He burned the Redskins last week when he stripped Kareem Moore of his interception and took it to the house with seconds left in the first half. But as a wide receiver, he has become a top target for Drew Brees. He has six touchdowns in the last five games, and when he gets his hands on the ball, he is a capable of adding huge chunks of yardage to his stats.
Jason Campbell, QB WAS - It has been a long time since I picked a Redskin to recommend as a starter, and I risk being a week late. Against the Saints last week, he threw for 367 yards and 3 touchdowns. He put the ball in the air 42 times, completing 30 passes. More importantly, he got in sync with Devin Thomas, the second year wide receiver that has been brimming with potential but had yet to put it together in a game. This week he gets a pretty mediocre pass defense in Oakland. They are a worse run defense, but it doesn’t matter. The Redskins are officially a pass-first and second team.
