Jon Jones v. Brandon Vera In March
just found out I’m firing Jon Bones Jones on March 21st in Denver Colorado. hope u heard it here first!!!!
Well, it isn’t UFC 109, but it’s still a damn solid fight. Jon Jones is going to have his hands full with Brandon Vera. This is a man who was able to not only stifle Randy Couture’s wrestling; but also got a takedown of his own and had mount.
Brandon’s Muay Thai skills are also top notch which could prove a valid counterpoint to Jones’ awkward striking methods. Not to mention that Vera has the kind of long limbs that Jones usually uses as his own weapon.
This is a very exciting fight on paper and I’m sure we’ll have more details to report on it in the coming days.
