Julio Jones Rap Not As Bad As You Think

If we say that the following video is a Julio Jones rap performed by a woman who would not look out of place as a rank-and-file soccer mom, you will think what I thought: that it will be horrible, and you will cringe, and that you’ll have to go cleanse your mental palate with some bleach just to make it all go away.

↵Wha-BAM!

↵

↵Admit it: horrible’s not the word. Awkward? Slightly, but the woman’s got some flow. Not MC Lyte in her prime, but at least better than Deborah Harry on “Rapture” or any of Madonna’s attempts at “putting words in a rhyming order and speaking them quickly and semi-rhythmically to a beat.”
