Inclement weather is wreaking havoc on the NFL’s Week 15 schedule. The Falcons are headed to New York early in an effort to duck an impending snowstorm. The Bears will probably land in Baltimore mere hours before they kick off against the Ravens. And per Adam Schefter, it’s just been announced that Sunday’s Eagles-49ers game in Baltimore has been pushed from 1:00 to 4:15.
