Ohio St QB Terrelle Pryor Playing With Partial PCL Tear

As Ohio State prepares to play Oregon in the Rose Bowl, there comes a startling admission: quarterback Terrelle Pryor has been playing with a partially torn knee ligament, according to the Cleveland Plain-Dealer. Pryor declined to say which knee has the partially torn PCL, or how long he has been dealing with it, or whether it will require surgery in the offseason.

Pryor had dealt with an injured ankle earlier in the season, but there had been no mention of any knee problems. Ohio State is currently out in California, practicing and preparing for the Rose Bowl, as they try to win their first BCS bowl since 2005, when they beat up on Notre Dame in the Fiesta Bowl.
