Well, we awaited Chad Ochocinco’s advertised touchdown celebration with bated breath. To say the least, this was not one of the man’s most inspired efforts.

↵He donned a poncho and sombrero and...well, just wandered around the sidelines for a little while. No dancing or anything. What did he want my reaction to be? “Oh, that Chad Ochocinco. Always, uh...putting on a hat.”
↵At least he’ll probably deliver on his guarantee that he would be fined:
↵↵And a fine likely will be coming. Per NFL spokesman Greg Aiello, the rule against “foreign or extraneous objects” applies on the field and on the sideline. (Aiello also tells us that Ochocinco was indeed fined for wearing a phony Hall of Fame jacket in September 2007.)
