It all seemed to be going right for Georgetown this year. They started the season 12-3, including wins over Maryland, Memphis, UConn and Syracuse. But then, right around January 17th when they played Duke, things went terribly wrong. Since then, they’ve won two of 11 games and, after being crushed at home last night by Louisville, appeared doomed.↵↵If you’re like me, and you tend to think of everything in terms of Price Is Right games, then this should help show how their season has gone:↵

↵↵He’s right, it is simple: In order to have any chance of making the Tournament, the Hoyas are going to have to win their last three, and then win at least two games in the Big East Tournament. That’s a long, hard fall off the cliff for a team that was in the top 10 about six weeks ago.↵
