And So There Will Be a Game 7 in the NHL
↵
↵My championship of choice right now is the NBA Finals. I’m just more of a hoops head than anything, but even during a really good NBA game last night I found myself flipping to NBC more and more. When commercials came during Lakers-Magic, I’d dash over to Wings-Pens. And I’d linger. And then I’d realize I’d missed a few minutes of the NBA Finals.↵↵Point being, this series has been pretty fun. Game 5 was obviously a blowout and a total clunker, but last night’s action -- particularly the sequence that saw Marc-Andre Fleury making some absolutely ridiculous saves in the final minutes -- was worth sitting through however much of the game might’ve bored you.↵
↵↵Neither series was able to beat CBS dramas last night, and maybe that was partially a case of splitting the vote of sports fans (ABC was second with a 5.9/10 and NBC finished third for the night with a 3.3/6). United they stand, divided they fall to NCIS? At least fans will be able to watch both with Game 4 of the NBA Finals on Thursday and Game 7 of the Stanley Cup Finals on Friday.↵
