Bengals Owner Would Rather You Not Fly Planes, Remind Fans of Incompetence

Just a few weeks ago we mentioned that our comrades at Who Dey Revolution were flying banners over Bengals training camp. (Side note: How did the Hard Knocks cameras NOT mention this on HBO?) Anyway, we now have word that Mike Brown is taking it all in stride, doing pretty much what you’d expect him to do.↵↵He’s allegedly leaning on the pilot of the plane through the FAA, according to the Cincinnati Enquirer:↵
↵↵⇥The guy believes he’ll lose his “authorization to tow.” He has had to pay his attorney to defend himself. ... Brown is known for ordering security lackeys to tear down “negative” banners during home games.↵↵↵And there it is folks. Maybe now, if you didn’t already, you understand why I dumped my season tickets. It’s not just the losing. It’s feeding money into this man’s pocket, who thinks so little of his fans that he not only does nothing to better the situation, but he also seeks to actively harm his team’s fans and impede their ability to freely express themselves. All while functioning as arguably the most incompetent general manager in sports for nearly two decades running. ↵
↵↵It’s things like this that have the fans thinking Ochocinco’s new trademark phrase, “Child please!” (NSFW) any time they see Brown’s face. ↵
↵↵(Belated H/T to KSK)↵
