For all who snickered at the prospect of Pacman going to Canada: it appears the diminutive rainmaker may have the last laugh in all this.

So Pacman gets to demonstrate that he can play with a team, albeit one in the CFL, without incident and be free for acquisition by an NFL team by the first week of November, at a time when his services are likely to be needed by a team depleted in the secondary. By then, if all goes well, it’ll have been a full year since his last major off-field incident with his security guard in Dallas. Whether that’s enough for him to be cleared of stigma by NFL executives remains to be seen, but it’s a much more compelling case than he has now.So for all the damage he’s done to his reputation over the past, well... his entire career, that’s nothing two months in Canada can’t fix!
(But seriously, someone’s clearly going to sign him. Disappoint, rejuvenate your career, disappoint. With strip club incidents intermingled. It’s a cycle, you see.)
