Pac 10, Alamo Bowl Reach Four Year Deal

Remember when the Pac 10 sent its No. 2 team to the Holiday Bowl? When the conference’s bowl contracts were matched in mediocrity only by its TV contracts? On Monday, the Pac 10 and the Alamo Bowl announced a brand new four-year deal that will now send the conference’s No. 2 team to San Antonio to play a Big 12 opponent in December.

So, yeah, not much has changed.
