It’s past 3 P.M. here on the East Coast, so you’ve got about four hours left to get to the Harrington Raceway and Casino and (legally) place your NFL bets. In case you forgot, today marks the first day of sports betting in Delaware. The Small Wonder survived legal appeals and attacks from both the NFL and NCAA and is now the only state east of the Rockies to boast legal sports wagering (the catch: betting is limited to parlays involving at least three NFL games).
