Steelers Have No Running Game

The Pittsburgh Steelers came close to sustaining a long, time-consuming drive in an effort to take the lead late in the fourth quarter. Yet their complete lack of a running game (33 yards on 21 carries) became the drive’s downfall, as the Mewelde Moor failed to gain two yards on second and third down inside the red zone, leading Pittsburgh to kick a game-tying field goal with a little of three minutes remaining in the game.

Meanwhile, Ben Roethlisberger has rebounded from a shaky first half and has put together a good overall game. He was at his best with the Steelers went to a no-huddle offense, which kept the Titans’ pass rush at bay.
