↵And that’s exactly what Wayne Gretzky did earlier today with the Phoenix Coyotes. As if the battle over ownership weren’t dysfunctional enough, Gretzky’s absence is here to provide a cherry to the Coyotes’ catastrophe sundae.
↵Add to that what I can only assume is the highly disorienting experience of playing hockey in Arizona, and the Phoenix players must be pretty bewildered right about now.
