Pulse Pounding MNF Ends in Heartbreak for Buffalo

It was right there. Buffalo could taste it. The Bills had finally snapped the 11-game losing streak to the New England Patriots and it was going to happen on the national stage. Yet it collapsed as quickly as you could blink. And Bills fans were left feeling simply “numb” from the miraculous Patriots comeback in the last six minutes of the first Monday Night Football game of the year. A lot of the discussion about the game will center around Leodis McKelvin’s decision to take the ball out of his endzone on a kickoff return. If he had taken a knee, the Bills might’ve snapped that losing streak.

↵Instead it stands at 12 and Patriots’ fans couldn’t be happier even if they feel like they might have gotten away with one.
