The 3rd quarter devolved into a 3-and-out-fest before the Raiders started putting together some semblance of a drive to close it out.

JaMarcus Russell connected with Zach Miller on a 25 yard pass and Johnnie Lee Higgins scampered for 19 to move down to the Charger 21-yard-line. That’s where they’ll start the 4th.
Russell is 10-of-25 for 138 while McFadden leads Oakland with 68 yards. On the other side Rivers is 14 of 24 for 108 and LT has 50 on the ground.
