As a proud alumnus of Boston College, I still maintain a passing interest in the success of their football and basketball programs. And if today is any indication, it’s going to be a long, long year for me. The entire team struggled, but no one typified the team’s performance better than our freshman quarterback, Justin Tuggle. His line for the day:
Getting Shellacked (Vicariously)

↵4-20, 22 yds passing. 1 TD 3 INT

↵That, my friends, is one terrible, terrible day of football, and the type of stuff that inspired Spencer Hall to use the adjective “putrescent.” Google it; I’m going to go console myself with some Flutie Flakes.
