The Brady-Gisele Redundant Nuptials Might Be Getting a Little More Expensive

The pair of photographers who claim that they were shot at by bodyguards working the second wedding of Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen are suing the couple and seeking $1 million in damages.

↵↵Photographers from French news agency Agence France-Presse and Costa Rican newspaper Al Día claim that their car was shot at by Bundchen’s bodyguards after one of them refused to relinquish their camera and memory cards. The photographers have stated that they were given clearance to take photos of the event from a nearby property.↵

↵↵According to the suit filed in New York federal court, six bodyguards detained one of the photographers while the other photographer fled. Eventually the detained photographer was allowed to return to an SUV and pick up the other photographer. ↵

↵Rather than letting them leave, the bodyguards insisted that the two photogs return to Gisele's property to further discuss the incident. The two photographers, they claim, then sped away in the vehicle while the bodyguards fired on them with pistols, shattering the rear windshield and nearly striking the two passengers.↵

↵↵The suit claims negligence on the part of Brady and Bundchen for hiring and training a security team that “discharge firearms with intent to kill or wound.” The April ceremony was the second for the couple, who were married for the first time in the U.S. in February.↵

↵↵In other Gisele-Dreamboat news, the Brazilian model is in training to get her pilot’s license, no doubt so she can pick off nosy journalists from above.↵
