Zack Greinke is Back to Face Red Sox

After leaving his last game due to a bothersome right elbow, the Royals' Zack Greinke is back pitching in his scheduled start against the Red Sox in Kansas City tonight.

And it couldn't be a better start for Greinke -- or, more accurately, the Royals' offense. The Royals knocked around Sox starter Paul Byrd for five runs in the first inning.

Greinke has allowed just one hit and struck out one in two innings of work tonight.
