The Great Blackouts of ’09 is not exactly becoming the epidemic fans feared before the season, but the problem is rearing its head.

↵Last week, Jacksonville was the first to have a game blacked out this season. This weekend, Detroit will become the second:

↵↵With about 10,000 tickets still remaining at the 1 p.m. Thursday deadline, the game between the Detroit Lions and Washington Redskins did not sell out on time and will be blacked out on local television.
