Things Look Bad For DeSean Jackson

More bad news for Eagles fans and Eagles fantasy owners: DeSean Jackson still isn’t practicing.

Considering all Jackson did yesterday was participate in the walk-through, how much he can be counted on Sunday is highly questionable.

Jackson seemed plenty spry yesterday as he scampered away from questions concerning his soundness. He practiced with the groin injury last week, but it worsened as Sunday’s loss to the Saints progressed and he exited the game late.

Jackson has proven that, after Donovan McNabb, he’s the team’s primary offensive weapon (especially with Brian Westbrook nicked up). His 4 catch, 101 yard, 1 touchdown performance against the Saints is even more impressive considering it was done with Kevin Kolb under center. Losing Jackson for the week (especially with Kolb expected to start again and Westbrook’s status unknown) means the Philadelphia offensive machine is suddenly looking like it will appear on Operation Repo.
