Big Cat Country with all things Jax.
Maurice Jones-Drew - (Start) This is pretty obvious, as MJD was probably a top-ten selection in just about every fantasy draft, but this week is a particularly good matchup. The Texans allow big plays (see Johnson, Chris), and this should be a week where the one man Jaguars offense cracks open a few long runs. Frankly speaking, there is no other option on the offense that could produce any significant fantasy points.
Fantasy Scouting Report: Jacksonville Jaguars
Any Jaguars Wide Receiver – (Sit) Two Rookies, Mike Thomas and Jarret Dillard are going to be activated for the first time. Troy Williamson went on Injured Reserve, and there’s word coming out of the locker room that Torry Holt is upset with the play calling and the quarterback reads. The Jaguars passing game is awful, with the only bright spot being Mike Sims-Walker racking up yards and a TD against the Cardinals in a prevent defense. There is no serious fantasy player at receiver for the Jaguars, stay away from the whole group until the offensive line can give David Garrard more time to throw.
Run with the wild things over at Big Cat Country.
